LexisNexis Risk Solutions says it will add about 70 jobs, with most of the roles at the new Dublin data analytics centre.
The Dublin-based centre of excellence for data analytics will support the company's UK and Ireland insurance operations as well as supplement US-based operations.
The development is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.
