One hundred jobs are being created in Co Waterford with the expansion of a three-year-old Irish technology company.
The company, nearForm, is officially opening its new headquarters in Tramore this morning.
The company, which was formed three years ago, currently employs 35 people.
Cian Ó Maidín and Richard Rodger started the company when they were among the first in the world to identify the beginnings of a new era in internet known as node technology
The systems empower teams of software programmers to build faster, more stable and more versatile business platforms for large enterprises.
The company was urged by many parties to relocate to the US but management say they chose to stay in Tramore and build the company, a place they say where they want to raise their families.
Tramore is the second biggest population centre in Co Waterford.
